This role supports data entry, data quality, reporting, and the maintenance of master data related to customers, vendors, products, materials, and other business information. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain master data within company systems. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inaccurate information. Process requests for new customers, vendors, materials, products, and other master data. Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects. Follow established data governance policies and procedures. Work with departments such as Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to resolve data issues. Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets to track data accuracy and changes. Maintain confidential company and business information. Assist with system updates, audits, and special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, or data management software is a plus but not required .
