Why This Opportunity Stands Out ✅ High visibility with business leaders and decision-makers ✅ Opportunity to solve meaningful business challenges through analytics ✅ Exposure to enterprise-scale data, reporting, and strategy initiatives ✅ Collaborative team environment where your insights influence action ✅ Ability to develop expertise across data visualization, automation, and cloud technologies What You'll Be Doing Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation Location & Schedule Milwaukee, WI | St. Paul, MN | Cincinnati, OH Schedule 3+ days onsite per week Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience Preferred Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel . Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions. Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. $81,515.00 - $95,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
