• Design, develop, test, and support GIS applications and solutions
• Support ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments
• Develop GIS applications using Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and related technologies
• Consume, transform, and integrate data between multiple systems
• Support enterprise GIS infrastructure, web services, and spatial databases
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and recommend solutions
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and user documentation
• Resolve production incidents and support ongoing maintenance efforts
• Train end users on GIS applications and reporting tools
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing Esri GIS solutions, preferably within ArcGIS Enterprise environments
• Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java, with proficiency in at least one language
• Experience developing integrations between GIS platforms and other enterprise systems, including error handling and reporting.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to clearly articulate development processes and best practices
• Experience developing reusable code, APIs, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of spatial databases and SQL development
• Language-agnostic mindset with the ability to work across multiple technologies and tools
• Experience with JavaScript and .NET/C#, or a strong willingness to learn and work within a .NET environment
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcPy, and ArcGIS Online
• Understanding of Waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting GIS implementations within the utility industry
• Familiarity with mobile GIS technologies, field workforce solutions, and real-time GIS capabilities
