Salary:
$97,000•$101,000/year About the Position We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing IT team at an entertainment company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to drive project success and support the company's strategic goals. The IT Project Manager will also contribute to developing and improving IT project governance, processes, and standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion while ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues while developing contingency plans Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements Establish and improve IT project management processes, standards, and best practices Support the implementation and enhancement of IT governance within the company Assist with short-term, mid-term, and long-term IT project budget planning Identify opportunities to improve overall project management procedures and efficiency Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in IT project management Proven experience managing IT projects, including software development and IT infrastructure projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is preferred Japanese language skills are a plus Working Hours Monday•Friday 9:00 AM•6:00 PM Work Location Cerritos, CA Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off (10 days during the first year)
