Requirements High School Diploma with 14 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience. Proficiency in advanced SQL, Excel, and VBA for workflow automation and data analysis. Experience developing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop new management tools. Knowledge of project management practices is preferred, along with a fundamental understanding of Earned Value Management.
