Job Description

Job Summary Our client, a leading utility provider, is seeking an IT Project Manager IV to join their team. This position will lead multiple complex IT and software development projects, with an emphasis on consumer privacy and cookie compliance initiatives.

One day onsite per week minimum; additional onsite attendance may be required. Core Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent IT projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $10 million, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and performance objectives Gather, define, and document project requirements, roles, responsibilities, staffing needs, and stakeholder expectations Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, RAID logs, status reports, metrics, and project documentation Monitor project milestones, dependencies, costs, risks, issues, and changes, implementing corrective actions as necessary Lead project kickoffs and provide direction to cross-functional project teams, analysts, schedulers, vendors, and external partners Build productive relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, vendors, and key clients while communicating project status to leadership Coordinate contract work, professional services, materials logistics, project closure, and documentation required for audits Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience 8+ of experience managing complex IT product or software development projects Active Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute Experience managing consumer privacy and/or cookie compliance projects Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams Experience with IT professional services agreements, contract coordination, and materials logistics Strong understanding of project management methodologies, IT strategies, workforce planning, and resource management Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience leading highly complex projects within a formal Project Management Office environment Experience managing privacy initiatives involving CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, consent management, or cookie governance Experience with HP Project and Portfolio Management Center Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline Additional project management certification from an accredited program Experience serving as a technical coach, trainer, mentor, or lead for other project management professionals Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related project management tools Key Competencies & Behaviors Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder-management skills Strong Executive Communication Skills Strategic Stakeholder Management Financial Acumen and Risk Awareness Independent Decision-Making Ability Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented ???????

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $85.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
