You will work with multiple departments, including Marketing, E-commerce, Marketplace, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations—to create high-quality visual assets for both digital and offline business needs. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design fundamentals, can efficiently handle both planned projects and day-to-day creative requests, and is comfortable using AI-powered tools to create and edit video and visual content productively. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Production Create high-quality digital and print creative assets based on business, marketing, product, and brand requirements. Design promotional graphics, banners, product visuals, infographics, lifestyle assets, flyers, catalogs, print materials, and other creative content. Adapt, resize, and repurpose creative across different channels, formats, and business uses. Handle both planned projects and miscellaneous day-to-day creative requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Support creative production as needed, including product photography and videography, salon visit photos/videos, customer interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and other on-site content capture. Translate business objectives, product information, and creative briefs into clear and effective visual communication. Video Production & AI-Enabled Content Creation Create and edit product, promotional, educational, lifestyle, and short-form videos for websites, social media, advertising, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns. Use both traditional video-editing techniques and AI-powered creative tools to produce video content efficiently and at scale. Turn existing product photography, footage, specifications, and creative assets into engaging videos using AI-generated scenes, animation, motion, voiceover, and other techniques where appropriate. Develop efficient workflows to produce and repurpose multiple videos or content variations in batches rather than treating every video as a large production project. Adapt existing videos into different lengths, formats, aspect ratios, and content variations for different platforms. Continuously explore AI video-generation and editing tools that can improve production speed, volume, and quality. Help expand the company's video library without requiring a new photo or video shoot for every product. Digital & E-commerce Creative Support Support the majority of day-to-day creative needs across digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, marketplace, and social media. Develop creative assets for websites, landing pages, product pages, email/SMS campaigns, paid advertising, social media, and other digital channels. Create campaign and promotional assets based on approved offers, messaging, CTA, product/category focus, and channel requirements. Support social media creative needs, including posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, product education content, promotional content, and reusable social templates. Develop product storytelling assets including lifestyle images, feature graphics, comparison visuals, infographics, educational content, and PDP/landing-page graphics. Support Marketplace creative needs including Amazon A+ Content, brand pages/stores, listing graphics, banners, and product visuals. Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, Marketplace, and Social Media stakeholders to ensure creative is completed and ready for campaign and product launches. Company-Wide Creative & Branding Support Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity systems, logo assets, templates, and other core branding materials, and support new brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and brand-building campaigns. Design wholesale catalogs, sales flyers, brochures, showroom materials, and other sales and marketing collateral. Create tradeshow graphics, booth displays, signage, banners, and supporting event materials. Support Purchasing and Product teams with product development mockups, packaging design, labels, inserts, manuals, and other product-related creative needs. Help maintain consistent brand presentation across digital and offline customer-facing materials. Creative Asset Management & Reusable Systems Create and maintain reusable templates, design systems, and asset libraries to improve consistency and reduce repetitive creative work. Maintain a well-organized creative library for source files, photography, videos, templates, brand assets, and final deliverables. Follow consistent file naming, folder structure, categorization, and version-control standards so creative assets can be easily located and reused. Keep working files and final assets properly documented and handed off in the required formats. Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, organization, and production efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional creative experience. Strong hands-on graphic design experience, with a professional portfolio demonstrating commercial, marketing, e-commerce, or brand creative work. Hands-on video editing and production experience, with the ability to efficiently create polished product, promotional, educational, or short-form marketing videos. Experience using both traditional video-editing tools and AI-enabled creative/video tools to create, edit, enhance, or repurpose content efficiently. Experience creating creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, e-commerce, and social media. Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, image composition, motion, and brand consistency. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate business, product, and marketing requirements into effective creative output. Strong proficiency with professional graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent platforms. Professional portfolio required, including both graphic design and video work samples. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GTM brand activation and brand marketing, including brand launches, brand-building campaigns, and consistent cross-channel brand execution. Hands-on product photography and/or video shooting experience. Proven experience helping grow social media audiences and engagement through strong creative, visual storytelling, and content development. Experience with UX design, with an understanding of customer journeys and how creative decisions can support a better customer experience.
