Job Description This is a full-time role from January to August 2027. You will have to take off an academic term for this role. As a Process Standardization & Delivery Automation Co-op you will... Support standardization of project delivery practices globally through Visio process flow creation, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel template creation
Help design methods to reduce rework and variation through governed reusable content
Ensure scalable delivery through application scripting (Python, C#) for automation deployment of Industrial Switches and Virtual Machines
Assist with lab hardware setup of PLC's, network switches & virtual machine creation for data centers
Help unify deliver guidance through the use of process flows, templates, playbooks and other tools into a single execution model The Essentials -
You Will Have:
Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future The Preferred -
You Might Also Have:
A STEM related degree in progress
Interned with Rockwell Automation or met us through an event
A cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with creative solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing tasks and meet project deadlines
Experience collaborating with and leading others to achieve project goals
The ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
