Description Ideal Candidate Summary:
Junior IT Administrator (0-3 years preferred) with strong Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals, hands-on desktop/network support experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the initiative to independently manage day-to-day IT operations. Azure/cloud exposure is a differentiator, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important than deep technical expertise. About theRole:
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft-based technology infrastructure. You will maintain our Windows environment, support end users, and ensure the security and availability of all IT services across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, workstations, printers, and network devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory and Azure AD
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Provide level 1 & 2 helpdesk support via ticketing systems, email, and in-person
- Monitor network performance, manage firewalls, VPNs, and Windows Defender configurations
- Manage device enrollment and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery using Windows Server Backup or Azure Backup
- Apply Windows updates and patches via WSUS or Microsoft Update Management

Microsoft Update Management Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mobile, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00
