Position:

IT Generalist Compensation:

$30-$40 /hour, depending on experience

Beaver County, Utah ONSITE Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Generalist to join their team! We are looking for a hands-on IT Generalist to support a plant-based environment with day-to-day technology needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for end users, keeping systems running smoothly, and supporting both office and infrastructure-related technology. It is a strong opportunity to step into a visible onsite role where your support directly helps keep operations moving.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide daily onsite IT support for users at the plant. Troubleshoot computers, tablets, and phones. Support administrative office technology needs. Assist with basic infrastructure and server-related tasks. Act as the local eyes and ears for IT concerns. Respond quickly to hardware and connectivity issues. Help maintain smooth day-to-day technology operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience supporting general IT hardware and user issues. Basic knowledge of computer setup and troubleshooting. Comfort supporting tablets and mobile devices. Ability to work onsite daily in a plant environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to support both users and infrastructure tasks. Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Exposure to server support or infrastructure basics. Experience in an industrial or plant setting. Familiarity with supporting office administration teams. Previous experience as a local IT support resource.

Other Information:

Onsite role supporting a plant location daily. Best suited for someone comfortable with a commute. The position supports both office users and technical operations.
