ACCOUNTABILITY/ TRUST.
We are currently seeking for candidates for an internal IT Network Technician position with the following requirements:Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.)
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to maintain uptime.
- Set up and support VPN connections for remote users
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of desktop support, technical support, and network administration
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN's, and VPN Technologies
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux network environments
- Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, WatchGuard, and MikroTik equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with VPN setup and configuration
- Familiarity with Active Directory management
- Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and wireless access point configuration
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 10 and macOS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus
- CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent, preferred
- Experience supporting Audio/Video conferencing equipment and telephony equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and follow up skills
- Must have clean driving records and be willing to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Pay:
$55,000.00- $65,000.
