Agile Scrum Master#26-04639 Chandler, AZ 40% Remote Contract Starts 6/01/2026 Ends 5/31/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum/Project Manager for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days/week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of mediumplexity projects, including risk and audit changes, across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will manage and lead the work efforts of project resources, ensure the integration of various work streams, and serve as the primary point of contact for project execution and implementation. A broad technical background with experience in 3-tiered applications operating in production environments is required.

Responsibilities:

Engage across multiple enterprise organizations to drive work and deliver against oues and timelines Manage Program/Project Scope, Timeline, and Budget/Expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop project documentation, presentations, and status reports on aplishments, escalations, and plans Work with Product Managers/Owners to create and track objective-based deliverables in JIRA Facilitate or assist with PI Planning sessions and daily scrum meetings Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path Obtain timely change evidence from technical owners and stakeholders to meet enterprise change standards

Requirements:

End-to-end program/project management experience, including financial management Working knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience with tools like

JIRA, JIRA

Align, Agile View, Confluence, and WIKI Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle Experience with Audit and Risk projects (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, etc.) Large scale project management experience with an understanding of Enterprise Change Management Policy and Standards Excellentmunication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, including presenting to senior leaders Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions across multiple, globally disparate teams Strong written and verbalmunication skills, with an ability to lead meetings, follow-up, and resolve ambiguity Basics in financial markets and banking operations Must be a self-starter who can work with little to no supervision Desired skills: PMP Certified Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Release Train Engineer (RTE) or PM/PO Certifications SAFe Agile Certifications Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
