About the Role Job Description The HCM/Recruiting Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's HCM solution for our Financial Services, Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience within the HCM and Recruiting areas in the FSI or PS Industries.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Become an expert in the Workday HCM and Recruiting product suite Provide FSI and PS industry perspective for customer business requirements Ensure FSI and PS best practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution Serve as a mentor for new HCM and Recruiting Consultants Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday FSI and PS best practices Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years of functional experience in HCM and Recruiting software solutions or systems 3+ years Consulting experience Workday Deployment Experience Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Other Qualifications Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Professional Services Experience in HCM, Recruiting, and related product suite areas Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training Passion for customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
