Job Description

The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Ball Boys during Raiders home games at Allegiant Stadium. This role is essential in supporting the game day operations team, coaches, players, and officials by ensuring the efficient handling of footballs and contributing to a smooth on-field experience. Key Responsibilities Assist game officials, coaches, and players with football management throughout the game. Ensure footballs are properly prepared, available, and rotated onto the field quickly and accurately. Support pre-game warm-ups and post-game duties as assigned. Maintain a high level of focus, professionalism, and awareness throughout the game. Adhere to all NFL, Raiders, and Allegiant Stadium protocols and guidelines. Always represent the Raiders organization with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Strong knowledge of football rules, flow of play, and game operations. Ability to stay attentive and react quickly in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to all assigned home game dates. Must be able to lift, carry, and handle football equipment as needed. Prior football playing, coaching, or equipment experience preferred but not required. Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to) Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stairclimbing. Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
