is a full‑service manufacturer specializing in production machining, assembly, fabrication, and custom-engineered tooling and automation solutions. We're growing and looking for an experienced Toolmaker to join our 1st shift Tool Room team. What You'll Do Build, repair, and maintain complex custom tools, jigs, fixtures, gages, and dies Plan and execute toolmaking projects from prints, sketches, or conceptual designs Machine parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and other toolroom equipment Perform precision fitting, adjusting, and inspection to tight tolerances (±.0003") Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements Use precision measuring instruments and interpret blueprints & GD&T Perform routine machine maintenance What We're Looking For Previous Tool & Die / Toolmaker experience required Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Welding skills a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, lift, and work hands‑on in a shop environment Why Chapter 2?
