10:00pm-6:00am We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented sanitation professional with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance during overnight operations. Proven ability to work independently on 3rd shift, ensuring equipment and facilities are fully sanitized and production-ready for the next day. This is an associate to hire position after 3 months. Don't miss this Sanitation role for a company in Lake Mills, WI. Sanitation Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that the manufacturing plant is cleaned and that all production lines are cleaned and properly restored for production the next day
• Janitorial duties of cleaning break room, restrooms, and offices
• Clean the manufacturing plant, including pipes and beans, forklifts, pallet jacks, cooler racking
• Clean production equipment and sanitize
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complete necessary sanitation trainings and follow policies and procedures
• Maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that production quality is maintained
• Report any issues with food safety, food quality, or personnel safety to management

Sanitation Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous sanitation experience desired
• Ability to do basic addition and subtraction issues
• Regular bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Frequently lift 25 pounds throughout shift
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Prolonged standing
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
• Steel toe shoes are required
• Gloves required (provided)
• Adhere to dress code
