Transitions Administrative Lead - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)
About Us:
HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) is a leading provider of community management services in six states, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and solutions to homeowner associations. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and innovation in managing communities.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Transitions Lead Admin to join our team. The Transitions Lead will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of new HOA communities and the efficient phasing out of departing clients. This role requires hands-on data entry, effective communication with HOA Board of Directors, and collaboration with department teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the entire scope of transitioning new clients and phasing out leaving clients. Maintain professional communication with HOA Board Members through Zoom or in-person meetings. Become proficient in FrontSteps Caliber association management software. Conduct hands-on processing of client data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Supervise and work alongside staff in data processing tasks. Ensuring that transition process meets reasonable deadlines. Produce professional written communications.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience leading a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Project Analysis experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Association or Property Management Software Programs (Preferred). Association Management and understanding basic accounting (Preferred).
