Mover Manager

Job Summary Fast growing moving company seeking top tier candidates for our location in Richmond.. My 3 Sons Moving is currently in 7 markets in KY and NC. We are looking for experienced, professional movers/drivers who want to transition off the trucks into management. Top pay and opportunity in the industry for the right candidates. Assist GM in running the entire moving operation, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client timelines and quality standards Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and equipment such as forklifts and packing supplies Lead warehouse management activities including inventory management, stock control, materials handling, and warehouse distribution strategies Supervise the dispatching of moving crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards and mechanical knowledge requirements such as forklift operation Collaborate with category management teams to develop pricing strategies, demand planning forecasts, and procurement contracts that maximize profit & loss outcomes. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain management or logistics roles with a focus on transportation planning or freight operations 2 Years experience in the moving industry preferred.
