Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Engage with customers professionally, building rapport through clear communication and excellent service. Conduct heavy lifting and merchandise handling with proper techniques to prevent injury and ensure product integrity. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records to support smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, including route driving and automobile transportation. Strong math skills for pricing calculations, basic math tasks, and accurate measurement of deliveries. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and adherence to customer relationship building standards. Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and sales techniques to enhance customer engagement. Familiarity with DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and organizational skills for efficient route management. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safety protocols; physically fit to handle demanding tasks.
