Hallandale Beach, FL Job Details 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication English Driver's License Full Job Description The delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of medications and supplies to customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, to transport goods to designated locations Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as necessary Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during deliveries Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other drivers, and pedestrians Working in a fast-paced environment Driving in differing weather conditions Complying with Pharmacy policies
Skills and Specifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of route driving and ability to navigate using GPS or maps Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including vans Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Education and Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English At least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Ability to sit for long periods of time Punctual Ability to sit, walk, stand, Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. Have no motor vehicle violations within the past two years Have no serious traffic offenses
