We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and dependable Commercial Moving Crew Leader / Box Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position primarily servicing our commercial customers. Additional evening and weekend hours are available for employees who want to earn additional income. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for operating a box truck, directing a moving crew, communicating with customers and ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently and professionally. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can take initiative and is comfortable being the person others look to for direction. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial moving, residential moving, furniture delivery, construction, warehouse, restoration, event setup or other related experience. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck, preferably up to 26 feet Lead and provide direction to helpers and crew members Communicate morning meeting times and daily job assignments with crew members Follow job schedules and coordinate with the office Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Safely handle and transport furniture, equipment and other customer belongings Communicate professionally with customers and office personnel Provide excellent customer service throughout each job Disassemble and reassemble furniture and other equipment as needed Wrap, pad and properly protect furniture and other items Set up and break down customer events Maintain a clean, organized and safe truck and work environment Work efficiently as part of a team while taking ownership of the job from start to finish What We're Looking For Previous moving or similar physical-labor experience is required Previous leadership, crew-lead, foreman or supervisory experience is strongly preferred Ability to safely operate a box truck; experience with trucks up to 26 feet preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong, physically capable and comfortable performing demanding physical work throughout the day Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and attitude Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently and make good decisions in the field Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Pride in doing quality work and taking care of customers' belongings Why Work With Your Move?
