Crew Leader/Driver

Crew Leader (Driver) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Crew Leader (Driver) to lead crews, manage traffic operations, and transport team members and equipment to job sites while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct traffic control crews on-site. Drive company vehicles to transport crew and equipment. Ensure safe traffic and pedestrian flow. Identify and address hazards; conduct site inspections. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams. Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in traffic control; leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Maryland Traffic Manager certification preferred. Knowledge of utility locating techniques (preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in physically demanding environments. High school diploma or equivalent.
