Job Description

Staff will drive members of the Clubhouse into the Clubhouse daily every morning. There are two routes the Clubhouse transports for which are Holly and Rochester/Pontiac. Staff will also be expected to engage with members and assist with Clubhouse tasks once back from driving if there is time left during shift. Staff will also transport members to work.
Clubhouse Model:
Clubhouse is an evidenced-based practice, community mental health approach designed to help adults living with serious mental illness reintegrate into society. Instead of treating symptoms in a clinical setting, it operates as an intentional therapeutic community where members and staff work side-by-side to run the day-to-day operations of the center. Special Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: Driving experience, experience with mental health population preferred, but not required. Education, credentials, and experience required: High school diploma or GED Chauffeurs license (TTI will assist with obtaining) Excellent driving record

Part-time, 5 days a week, 4 hour shifts (typically morning)
