Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Service Technician / CDL Driver to join our propane team in Silver Springs, Nevada . This is a hands-on position responsible for servicing propane systems, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining propane assets, and safely delivering propane to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial propane distribution systems Install and service propane tanks, regulators, piping, valves, and related equipment Oversee the installation, tracking, maintenance, and safety of company-owned propane assets Troubleshoot and repair propane-fired appliances and equipment Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on gas appliances Perform plumbing and installation of residential and commercial gas lines Conduct gas system testing and leak checks in accordance with applicable requirements Perform manometer testing on gas systems, when qualified/licensed Safely operate company vehicles and propane delivery equipment Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers as needed Complete delivery, service, inspection, and maintenance paperwork accurately Maintain accurate records and documentation for company assets and customer service activities Follow all company safety procedures, DOT requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations Provide professional and courteous service to customers Respond to service calls and assist with emergency situations as needed Perform other service, maintenance, and delivery duties as assigned Qualifications 1-5+ years of experience in propane service, HVAC, plumbing, gas systems, electrical, mechanical maintenance, or a related field preferred CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements Air Brake endorsement/qualification required as applicable Must meet all applicable DOT requirements for commercial drivers Propane industry experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate Experience troubleshooting gas appliances and propane systems preferred Experience performing manometer testing on gas systems preferred Applicable state and local licenses/certifications may be required Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Strong attention to safety and detail Good communication and customer service skills Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined or difficult-to-access areas Ability to safely handle propane equipment, tools, and materials Ability to work independently and safely in residential, commercial, and outdoor environments What We're Looking For We're looking for a reliable, safety-minded team member who wants a long-term career in the propane industry .
