Responsibilities Operate flatbed tow trucks and wrecker equipment to load, transport, and unload vehicles with care and accuracy Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess mechanical condition and determine appropriate recovery methods Load and unload vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and team members during recovery operations Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards Maintain detailed records of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle conditions for reporting purposes Requirements Valid Drivers License IM TDLR License Must live within 30 minutes of Burleson Clean driving record Must be able to pass drug test Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively in high-pressure situations Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while following safety guidelines Join us if you're passionate about driving, vehicle recovery, and delivering top-tier service!
