View More Jobs Sr. Manager Value Stream - Repair Lansdale, PA, United States (On-site) Be the First to Apply Job Description The Sr. Manager owns the end-to-end repair and overhaul value stream within Honeywell Aerospace. This includes intake, inspection, teardown, repair, reassembly, testing, return-to-service, and final disposition. The role ensures strong phase‑gate discipline, drives operational excellence, and expands value stream capability to support current and future program needs. Responsibilities Value Stream Leadership & Expansion Map, optimize, and expand the value stream across all repair and overhaul operations. Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and implement standardized work. Lead tiered daily management, visual controls, and performance reviews. Support strategic growth by developing scalable repair and overhaul capabilities. Repair & Overhaul Execution Oversee standardized intake, verification, and identification for all materials entering repair flows. Ensure adherence to approved work instructions, inspection requirements, and RTS documentation standards. Govern repair station practices, contractor work controls, and documentation accuracy. Integrate Quality requirements and maintain complete traceability throughout the lifecycle. Phase-Gate Governance Establish and maintain phase‑gate criteria for repair/overhaul processes. Lead cross-functional reviews ensuring readiness, alignment, and risk mitigation. Maintain documentation packages, evidence, and artifacts required at each gate. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement into future cycles. Data, Systems & Audit Control Ensure accuracy and integrity of internal systems of record across all repair activities. Lead cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and corrective actions. Maintain site procedures, work instructions, and training materials aligned with Aerospace standards. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Engineering, PMO, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to align schedules and material flow. Serve as the primary operational leader for repair/overhaul escalations and readiness reviews. Lead problem-solving efforts and drive accountability across teams. Success Metrics & KPIs Turnaround Time (TAT) improvements. First-Pass Yield and quality performance. Schedule adherence and RTS timeliness. Data integrity and reconciliation metrics. Successful expansion or launch of new value stream capabilities. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 10 years in aerospace operations, repair/overhaul, or value stream leadership. At least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional operational teams. Strong Lean/Value Stream Management background. Experience with repair station processes and RTS documentation.
WE VALUE
Master's degree or MBA. Experience leading structured phase ‑ gate or lifecycle management frameworks. Aerospace MRO or OEM repair/overhaul experience. ERP/MES proficiency and advanced analytical skills. Competencies Strong systems discipline and process focus. Leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence. Continuous improvement mindset. Ability to develop and enforce standard work and audit-ready documentation.
