Daily Duties and Responsibilities1. Inventory organization and control Move and park vehicles within the lot as directed. Keep vehicles properly aligned, organized, and visible. Ensure each vehicle has the correct price sticker, vehicle information, and keys . Assist with receiving new vehicles into inventory. Report missing vehicles, incorrect placement, or visible damage. 2. Vehicle preparation for sale Check that vehicles are clean inside and out . Coordinate basic washes or detailing as needed. Perform basic checks (fuel level, battery status, visual tire pressure). Ensure vehicles are ready for test drives . 3. Sales support Retrieve and return vehicles requested by the sales team or customers. 4. Lot safety and care Keep the lot area clean and free of obstacles. Ensure vehicles are properly locked at the end of the day. Report any safety concerns, damages, thefts, or incidents. Assist with key control and organization. Prepare vehicles for test drives according to dealership policies. Position featured vehicles in promotional or front-lot areas. 5. General operational support Transport vehicles to service shops, car washes, inspections, or auctions (if applicable). Common Requirements Valid driver's license (required). Basic experience driving various types of vehicles. Ability to work outdoors. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Assist with lot organization during promotions or special events. Follow all safety guidelines and internal procedures.
