Friday Job Description & Duties:
To aid and offer assistance to customers, enhancing their overall experience at our showroom/service location. Need to possess a valid driver's license at all times. Achieve sales and leasing targets for both new and used vehicles, meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Be punctual when clocking in as per your schedule. Welcome all customers entering the service area with a friendly and positive demeanor, address their inquiries and guide them to the appropriate person or location. Manage the flow of service traffic and parking. Conduct road tests on vehicles. Transport parts as required. Drive vehicles cautiously. Maintain a tidy and safe service drive area, ensuring it is free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations. Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as necessary. Generate key tags for vehicles. Remove plastic and paper mats in front of the customer. Inquire about the customer's satisfaction with their service visit. Express gratitude to the customer for their business and encourage safe driving. Avoid bringing vehicles with dashboard lights on for customers. Place keys back on the keyboard. Wear the provided uniform and ensure the headset is fully charged at all times. Display the name badge at all times. Clean and disinfect all areas of the service center regularly.
