Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active Colorado teaching license with Special Education (SPED) endorsement Experience supporting mild to moderate needs in a K-5 setting Strong collaboration skills for co-teaching and team-based support Comfort with toileting assistance and managing mild/moderate behaviorsKey Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and small-group instruction to K-5 students with mild/moderate needs Oversee a caseload of up to 15 students, manage 11 directly, and coordinate with a co-teacher Develop and implement IEPs, adapting lesson plans for diverse learners Maintain effective communication with families and staff Foster an inclusive, positive, and growth-focused learning environmentBenefits/Perks:
