Schedule/Hours:

Full-time, with on-call rotations including some weeknights and two 12-hour weekend call shifts per month 30-minute call response time required Holidays may be required Scrubs provided

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent

ORT/CVOR

scrub tech experience Active California license Current BLS certification (ACLS and CST preferred) Strong knowledge of Cerner EMR system is a plus Excellent adaptability and communication in fast-paced surgical settings

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in 1:1 or 2:1 ratios in a high-volume OR setting Prepare OR suites and equipment for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures Maintain strict aseptic technique, ensuring patient safety Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, and charge nurses for optimal case outcomes Respond promptly to on-call duties, participating in nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
