About the Department Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments, and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. Mission for Position The Universal Worker will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care. Position Summary The Universal Worker

• Assisted Living supports tenants by providing personal care, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance in a comfortable, home-like setting.

This role helps with activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and medication reminders, while also ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with assisted living standards. The Universal Worker plays a key part in maintaining a positive living environment where tenants receive the care and support they need. Position Type This is a full-time position.

Shift offerings are:

AM Open Position 0600-1430 | 64 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | One Weekend Minimum Per Month and Every Other Holiday PM Open Position 1400-2230 | 72 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | Every Other Weekend and Holiday NOC Open Position 1800-0630 | 72 hrs/pp | 12-hr shifts | Every Third weekend and Every Other Holiday Universal Workers start at $17.00/hr; with CNA certification at $19.00/hr. Qualifications Ideal Candidate Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required. Direct care experience.
