This is a field-based, high-energy sales role where you will engage directly with business owners, attend events, and promote our Virtual Assistant services.

Job Description:
This role requires a high level of resilience and persistence, as it involves frequent outbound engagement, face-to-face networking, and handling rejection in a competitive sales environment. Candidates should be confident, self-motivated, and comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Travel to industry events, EXPOs, and conferences (all expenses covered!) Attend EXPOs, chamber events, networking groups, and community events to connect with business leaders. Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Engage with leads, follow up, and turn conversations into conversions. Deliver exciting presentations and showcase how our VAs can transform businesses. Participate in dynamic team meetings and networking opportunities. Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales roles, preferably in a staffing company. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Demonstrated ability to perform outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling strategies
Compensation:
Uncapped commission structure
Fuel Allowance:
$70 every cut-off Average annual earnings: $75,000 High performers: $100,000+
