Weekend Barista/Bartender

We are rebranding our cafe drinks to match our event companies design & artistic flare. We are looking for someone who desires the same artistic excellence with all food & drinks. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, specialty beverages, and barista-crafted items with precision and flair Mix and serve alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using Clover POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, bar station, and dining space to ensure food safety standards are met Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy using retail math skills Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support quick service during busy hours when necessary Uphold food safety practices, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and adherence to health regulations Skills Proven experience as a barista or bartender in a café or food service environment with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where great coffee meets exceptional service!
