Our team at Westpeak Consultants Inc is seeking motivated individuals in the Fresno, CA area to join our team a Wireless Sales Associate. In this role, you'll represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers, AT&T, offering personalized solutions that keep families and businesses in Fresno connected. As a Wireless Sales Associate you'll be out in the field, meeting with residential customers face-to-face. Each day, you'll visit different neighborhoods, introduce AT&T's latest products and services, and help families find the best wireless and internet solutions to meet their needs. You'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales — all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Educate Fresno-area residents on modern telecommunications solutions, highlighting benefits like improved connectivity and cost savings. Promote and sell AT&T services tailored to the unique needs of customers in the local market. Build trust and rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships within the Fresno community. Represent our clients professionally to expand their customer base in the Central Valley. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments to better serve the Fresno market.
Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
