Manpower is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the global Talent Acquisition team at Ball Corporation in Westminster, CO . You will play a critical part in ensuring recruiting operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional support to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the hiring journey. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition Process Coordination Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating key recruiting activities, including: Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications Creating and processing offer letters Managing background check and drug testing processes Reviewing and preparing requisition closeout data Maintaining data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Supporting recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives Ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the recruitment process Operational & Project Support Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members to improve recruiting operations by: Supporting process improvement initiatives Assisting with documentation and standard operating procedures Participating in system, workflow, and operational projects Helping implement new or updated Talent Acquisition practices Contributing to initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the recruitment function Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support Help create a positive and engaging experience for candidates and new hires by: Serving as a professional point of contact throughout the hiring process Identifying opportunities to improve the candidate's experience Supporting preboarding and onboarding activities Assisting new employees as they transition into their roles Helping ensure new hires have the tools and resources needed for success from day one Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Experience providing administrative support within a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding, and candidate coordination activities Ability to collaborate with colleagues to support sourcing and talent attraction initiatives
