The Collections Supervisor leads insurance collections/followâ€'up activities through Collectors, ensuring timely account resolution; monitors collector work queues & ensures timely followâ€'up; tracks A/R aging and collector productivity & addresses barriers to resolution; partners with Billing on root causes impacting collections; this role will coach staff on payer-specific strategy, identify payer issues, serve as the subject-matter expert for payers, train new collectors, and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years insurance follow-up/collections for government and commercial payers Preferred 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role
