Summary:
We're looking for a bilingual, organized & friendly, Front Desk / Billing Professional to join our chiropractic team. In this vital role, you'll ensure smooth office operations while delivering exceptional patient care and accurate billing support!
Duties :
1.) Check in & out patients, grab payment (If any), set next appointment. 2.) Initiate + manage intake paperwork, verify patient information, confirm insurance details. 3.) Handle insurance verification checks, including but not limited to
  • Auto injury insurance, workers compensation, and VA referred patients
  • billing, claims submission, reimbursement reconciliation. 4.) Answer, route phone calls, follow up with left voicemails, checking but also, in a timely manner answering patients in our patient communicator
  • Engage (Automated SMS system, where we are able to text with patients.) 5.) Key holder
  • opening & closing, organization, cleanliness, stocking appliances, daily cleaning to the clinic, smooth day-to-day operations.
6.) Assist with patient education on any service provided and in-office marketing efforts, including guiding patients in leaving Google reviews. 7.) Starting and ending Decompression sessions.
Experience:
Handling billing. Handling Money
  • checks, cash, cards.
Basic computer and tech skills. Basic math. Professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Friendly personality, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
