True Investigations, Inc. is a local private investigation firm serving the state of Nevada. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Staff Member. We offer a dynamic and fast paced atmosphere where we all contribute to give our clients the best results and customer service.
Duties:
Provide in-house on call coverage for various administrative roles in the video, new cases/filing, and invoicing departments. Answer incoming telephone calls.

Education, Experience, Knowledge:
Applicants must be 18 years of age, a high school graduate or higher education, have a clean driving record and be free and clear of any arrests, warrants or criminal convictions. Individuals in this position must have strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and highest level of integrity. We are looking for someone who creates a sense of teamwork and commitment to our common goal. Must show flexibility with changing priorities, unforeseen events, and the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals in this position must be very computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Private Investigators Licensing Board Work Card Valid Nevada Drivers License Must have own reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance for this position
Administrative Responsibilities:
Turn in payroll on time, with accuracy on a regular basis. Work within the Company's case management software system efficiently and effectively. Ensure clear, effective communication that is always timely, professional, friendly, and organized. Exceptional attention to detail Flexibility with changing priorities, unforeseen events, and ability to adapt Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet Comfort with telephone and email communications Printing, copying, filing, faxing, various administrative duties
Detailed List of Duties:
Proofing and duplicating video recordings across different formats Set up new cases in all systems Invoicing Answer incoming telephone calls Filing Light cleaning duties QC Projects Making deliveries/taking mail to post office Archiving files, videos, & affidavits Executing short-term projects Various duties for daily and vacation coverage General office support - Filing, copying, faxing, changing toners Travel, Work Hours This position will require occasional driving within the city and is in-person and not remote . Work Hours Work hours and schedules are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Employee may not work more than 40 hours a week or more than 8 hours in one day. Supervision This position does not supervise any employees.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
