Contract (3 Months) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrative Assistant II to support daily branch operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the success of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to branch staff and loan processors. Prepare, print, and mail disclosure documents and other correspondence. Coordinate with escrow companies to obtain and track required documentation. Assist with auditing loan files for accuracy and completeness. Support Branch Management with administrative projects and daily operations. Answer and route incoming calls while delivering excellent customer service. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Maintain office supply inventory and place supply orders as needed. Assist with basic office technology troubleshooting in partnership with the IT Help Desk. Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document preparation. Prepare meeting materials and assist with marketing and branch events. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Monitor and reconcile appraisal and credit report invoice discrepancies. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and cross-functional events. Create and update forms and administrative processes to improve workflow. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience . Previous experience in mortgage lending, finance, banking, or a related industry is preferred. Typing speed of 60-70 words per minute . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
