Responsibilities Ensure client satisfaction Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, offer professional recommendations, and build lasting relationships through excellent customer service Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty treatments to boost sales while educating clients on proper maintenance at home Keep detailed records of services provided, client preferences, and treatment plans for personalized care Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color theory, and new techniques to continually elevate service quality Requirements Proven experience working within the beauty industry Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail upselling opportunities Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and welcoming attitude Experience with additional beauty services such as body waxing or eyelash extensions is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while delivering outstanding customer service Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets professionalism!
