Join Our Friendly, Patient-Focused Team! We are looking for a warm, organized, & dependable Receptionist. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break Enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude Maintain a clean and organized front office Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information and assist with patient paperwork Manage patient check-in and check-out Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily schedule Provide outstanding customer service and help create a positive patient experience Qualifications Previous dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and electronic scheduling systems Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Four-day work week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Supportive team environment If you're passionate about helping people smile and enjoy working in a collaborative, upbeat environment, we'd love to hear from you!
