Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Warm, friendly, and compassionate Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure A team player with a strong work ethic Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out Collect copays, deductibles, outstanding balances, and process payments accurately Verify patient information and insurance details Obtain and document accurate chief complaints and relay information appropriately for physician triage Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Balance and reconcile the daily financial system/end-of-day reports Assist with general administrative and front office duties Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
