Front Desk Associate, Dance Studio

Dance Studio Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time) We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our dance studio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a positive, high-energy environment with children and families. Responsibilities Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Manage front desk operations and responding to inquiries Handle customer transactions, including cash and customer registration system Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, check-ins, and general studio organization Assist with opening and closing the studio Help guide dancers to and from classes and ensure smooth transitions between sessions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front desk and studio space (light cleaning duties for the entire space) Qualifications Previous customer service experience required and a positive attitude Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Enjoys working with children and interacting with parents in a community environment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Preferred (but not required) Experience working in a dance studio, fitness studio, or youth-focused environment Basic administrative or front desk experience Set Hours Mondays

• 3:30-8:15 pm Fridays
• 3:15-5:15 pm Saturdays
• 8:45-1:15 pm
