We are conveniently located on De La Vina across from Handlebar Coffee. Our hospital is brand new with the latest equipment. We are Santa Barbara's first and only veterinary urgent care and are looking to add to our fantastic team to deliver high quality medicine to our local community. Our team will consist of individuals who are positive, efficient, and motivated. Candidates for this position must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Candidates for this position should have prior reception experience, preferably in the veterinary field. Candidates duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering multi-line phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Filing charts
• Checking clients in and out of hospital
• Processing and posting financial transactions
• Basic animal handling
• Pharmacy work
• Communicating and interacting with clients and their pets
• Basic hospital cleaning and restocking
• Basic record input
• Managing emails Pay depends on experience: $20 - 25 per hour Need to be available to work
