In person Position Summary As the Front Desk / Receptionist, you will support the effective daily operation of the clinic and play a key role in patient engagement and retention by communicating with patients throughout their experience with our office. This is a highly patient-facing role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for welcoming patients into the clinic, collecting payments, managing paperwork, assembling patient charts, and creating an overall remarkable experience. As one of the first points of contact for patients entering the building, it is essential that you present yourself in a professional manner that positively represents the clinic at all times. This role is a key part of the daily clinic workflow and requires consistent, on-site presence to support patient care and front desk operations.
