Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Attendant to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help create a smooth and efficient front office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your organizational talents and customer service expertise while supporting daily office operations. Duties Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and transfer calls efficiently Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including filing and document management Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management tasks Support administrative functions Handle clerical duties including filing and photocopying Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment Housekeeping and Maintenance tasks as needed for after hours emergencies: plunging toilets, cleaning up flooded water, tidying up areas throughout the building and making sure bathrooms are stocked with proper supplies Monitor and respond to resident emergency call system Qualifications Proven experience in office management or front desk roles with strong organizational skills Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Possess critical thinking skills Prior clerical experience including phone answering, filing, and administrative support Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies while remaining calm and focused Personal assistant or office experience that includes calendar management and client communication is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm and professionalism will make every visitor's experience memorable!
