TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have A bachelor's degree in business or related technical area, or an associate's degree with two years related experience Ability to quickly learn basic computer applications and operations Excellent communication skills Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, copy machines) Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Nice To Have Basic understanding of facility management systems. Basic understanding of Visitor Management Systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This candidate is on a 9/80 schedule. They will work 9-hour days and have every other Friday off. Looking for an independent, tactful, and professional Administrative Assistant. This is a dynamic office seeking a temporary administrative assistant. Responsibilities include reception activities such as greeting and checking-in visitors and directing phone calls, arranging conference rooms and refreshments for meetings, sorting and distributing mail, supporting new hire onboarding activities, maintaining office and kitchen inventory, managing conference room calendars in Microsoft Outlook, and other administrative support activities. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Microsoft Outlook. Must be able to work independently, but also be a positive, collaborative member of the team. Administrative Assistance experience preferred. #ind1

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
