This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with clients and Healthcare professionals , and coordination of care services . Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Answer phones calls and respond to inquiries from clients , families , and healthcare providers. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Assist with administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Maintain office organization by overseeing supplies inventory and coordinating with vendors for replenishment. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing. Prepare and distribute reports related to client care and service delivery. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in administrative role, preferably in healthcare or Homecare. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in data entry and office management practices. Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential. Experience with Axxess electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations is a plus.
