Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, support office operations, and assist with client communication to help our organization run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills will contribute significantly to our team's productivity and positive workplace atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a professional front desk presence Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing courteous customer service and accurate information Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel Assist with clerical duties like mail merges, proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook) Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry and document filing Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable Join us in creating a welcoming environment while supporting our daily operations!
