Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers in Utah. This Contract position requires someone who can create a welcoming environment while keeping front office operations organized and responsive. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a busy phone system, supporting guest-facing needs, and ensuring daily reception activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors professionally, provide direction, and maintain a positive front office experience for guests and staff.
- Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route inquiries accurately, and take clear messages when needed.
- Coordinate reception area activities to keep the front desk organized, efficient, and ready to support daily business needs.
- Assist with front desk support by responding to general questions and helping visitors navigate on-site services.
- Monitor front office communications and ensure requests are addressed promptly and courteously.
- Support administrative tasks related to reception operations, including documenting messages and tracking visitor interactions.
